Delete your account & data

You can ask us to delete your Greenside Golf account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

Email ggadmin@coda.im from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Greenside Golf account”. We will verify the request and delete your account, normally within 30 days.

Tip: emailing from the same address you signed up with helps us verify the request quickly.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in account (held in Amazon Cognito).
Your profile — name, username, handicap, optional phone number and profile photo.
Your friends, society memberships and trip attendance records.
Photos you uploaded (profile, team, society and challenge photos).

What may remain

Content that is part of a shared group game may remain visible to the other players for the integrity of that game’s record, with your personal details removed/anonymised.
We do not retain scorecard-scan photos at all — those are processed at the time of scanning and are not stored (see our Privacy Policy).
Backups are rotated on a routine schedule and any residual copies are overwritten in the ordinary course.
